Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long will the registration remain open?
Registration will remain open until the event is sold out.
2. Are there assigned seats?
No, there will be open seating at the conference.
3. Do I need a ticket to get into the conference?
On-line registrants can print off your receipt and bring with them to the conference. All guests will check in at the registration table to receive your welcome packet, which will include a bracelet to be worn for entrance to all sessions and the reception.
4. Will any meals be served at the conference?
Corporate meals will not be served at Free Chapel. Each individual will be responsible for arranging for his or her own meals. A sample list of restaurants within close driving distance of the church will be made available. In addition, the church coffee bar will be open and will offer beverages, snacks and pizza slices on Friday night. The Coffee Bar is open on Saturday morning before the conference and boxed lunches with a choice of ham or turkey sandwiches will be available for purchase.
No childcare is available for this event. A baby room (has TV monitor with live feed from the Auditorium) is available for mothers with infants. As well, a nursing room (has TV monitor with live feed from the Auditorium) is available for mothers desiring to nurse.
6. What time can I arrive at the conference on Friday night?
Registration check-in will open at 5:00pm. Come join us for some pre-conference fun and activities in Fellowship Hall from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
7. What are the details of the schedule?
Friday, February 26th
5:00pm- Registration opens
6:30pm- Doors open to the Auditorium
7:00pm- General Session: Pastor Franklin
9:00pm- Meet & Greet Reception in the Fellowship Hall with light refreshments and our Free Chapel Jazz Ensemble led by Rory Comtois. Our bookstore and exhibitor tables will be open. Pastor Franklin will be signing his latest book, Fear Fighters after the Friday night session.
Saturday, February 27th
9:30am- Late check-in
9:30am- Doors open to the Auditorium
10:00am- General Session: Ed & Lisa Young
11:30am- Break for Lunch. Book Signing with Ed & Lisa Young
1:00pm- Break Out Sessions:
Men Break Out in the Fellowship Hall: Ed Young
Women Break Out in the Auditorium: Lisa Young
2:00pm- General Session- Ed & Lisa Young
2:45pm- Vow Renewal hosted by Pastor Franklin
3:00pm- Conference Conclusion
9. What if I can only come on Saturday, could I pay for just one day?
We are not able to issue one-day tickets.
10. What activities are available after the conference?
With registration upon check-in, guided tours of our Main Campus will be offered at 4:00pm. Please ask upon check-in to be added to the list and report to the information desk in the lobby to meet your tour guide.
